AI does not feel nor perceive and thus has no intention of expressing anything on its own. Therefore it needs to be prompted to do so. AI only executes commissioned work like a skilled craftsman that doesn’t care. Consequently it can be a tool, an inspiration or an assistant, but it can not be an artist.
